OVERVIEW

The Americus OS 3000 is a highway terrain， all season tire manufacture for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the vehicle’s drive axle.

The tire promotes excellent load and driving durability. The special reinforced internal structure upgrades the tire’s load carrying and performing abilities which ensure a secure driving experience. This construction prevents the deformation of the optimal tire shape. In this manner， the tire is able to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease. The better load and driving durability make the tire safer during its year round performance and they improve its controllability.

The tread offers a lengthened tread life. The tread design features an optimal tread block placement which boosts the tread life and the tire’s usability. This tread pattern features a flat footprint， which enables the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration， cornering and braking avoid the formation of irregular tread wear on the tire’s surface area， boosting the length of its service life and usability.

The OS 3000 guarantees a fuel efficient drive. The even pressure circulation manages to decrease the model’s rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is the external pressure affecting the model， which determines the amount of energy the vehicle needs to keep the tires in motion. There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires， various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased， the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertized represents the tire's overall diameter in inches， once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
