The DDI hammock chair has a limited one year warranty that is at the discretion of DDI.  We recommend that you store your hammock chair when not in use.  Exposure to weather including sun， rain， snow， wind and humidity are not covered under this warranty.  Other areas not covered by the DDI limited one year warranty include mildew， damage caused by abnormal use， exceeding posted weight capacity， improper care during storage， improper maintenance and improper installation.  This hammock chair is NOT meant to be used as a swing and any swinging will also void warranty.  It is important to inspect your product when you purchase it.  If anything looks abnormal about your hammock chair please contact DDI immediately.
