This desirable rare evergreen has white splashing and dotting on broad palmate leaves that often finds its way into the center of the leaf, like a super-sized schefflera.Fatsia 'Spider's Web' was named by Japanese variegated plant experts, the late Dr. Yokoi and Mr. Hirose

• Hardiness USDA zones are 7-10
• This Spider Web plant needs mostly sun and partial shading; Best in moist, acid high in organic matter soils, but tolerates light-sandy and heavy-clay soil.
• It may reach up to a maximum of 3 to 5 ft tall and 2 ft wide
• Leaves are alternate, palmate lobed, and large (40 cm /15 in.)
Small white flowers appear in spherical clusters in fall followed by black fruit.

Note: The plant is shipped in its pot, firmly secured with several layers of clear tape, thereby avoiding any shuffling and moving during transit. The plant reaches you with minimal damage- very safe and secure. We have been shipping plants like this for several years (plant are sometimes shipped in smaller pots for safety and ease of shipping). Most plants go dormant in fall and winter and will lose most of their leaves - looking dead and dry - very normal. They will flush out in spring.
