OVERVIEW

The Goodyear G289 WHA DuraSeal is a highway terrain， all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the vehicle in all axle positions.

The tire promotes excellent all weather traction. The tread design and the all season compound work together to improve the dry， wet and winter weather grip on the road surface. The tread elements enhance the number of biting edges gripping the road surface while the tires are in motion， while the compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures. The tread's groove placement avoids hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint. This enables the tire to securely perform in different conditions.

The model lengthens the usability. The tread design's wide footprint and ideal surface contact allows the model to equally circulate the driving pressure along the tread area. The evenly spread out forces of acceleration， cornering and braking avoids irregular wear formations across the tread area. The durable compound avoids damage to the tread area. Not only does it slow the tread wear rate down with the wear-resistant rubber materials， but it also protects the tread from chipping， cracking and tearing， which can shorten its service life. The DuraSeal technology also helps prevent punctures. This technology self-seals punctures up to ¼ inch. This prevents damage to the casing and it minimizes the tire's downtime. In this manner， the tire improves driving safety in all conditions. This combination significantly lengthens the tread life.

The G289 WHA DuraSeal upgrades the controllability. The wider flat footprint closely follows the road surface， allowing the model to greatly improve the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands， while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the model. This enables the tire's safer performing ability in versatile weather conditions.
