The Kelly Winter Access is a touring， winter tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire offers excellent winter weather traction. The model uses its detailed directional pattern and winter compound to increase the cold temperature dry， wet and winter weather performance. The directional pattern’s high-density siping design increases the number of biting edges gripping the road surface while the tires are in motion. The winter compound keeps the rubber flexibility in cold temperatures， maintaining the tire’s excellent gripping capability. The tread area is pinned for studs， which can be added to increase the ice and snow grip. The tread’s circumferential and angled lateral grooves disperse water and slush from the footprint， effectively avoiding hydroplaning and offering a safer wet and winter grip.
