OVERVIEW
The Radar Angler ST-100 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The ribbed tread design and the durable compound keep constant road contact and guarantee excellent controllability. The road contact boosts the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The outer shoulder blocks boost the cornering and maneuvering ability during the performance. This tire guarantees a secure driving experience.
The twin steel belt construction keeps the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure. This construction protects the tire against deformations, which boosts the load-carrying ability. This offers the tire great load and driving durability and handling. The twin steel belt construction also resists punctures and cuts during its highway terrain performance.
The tire's durable compound and tread design reduce the rolling resistance affecting the model. The fuel efficiency is improved, as driving pressure levels are reduced. These elements decrease the rolling resistance, which is the pressure that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to maintain the tires in motion. The lower rolling resistance reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, guaranteeing a fuel-efficient performance.
The Radar Angler ST-100 enhances year-round traction. The ribbed tread design, with the siping detail and wide grooves, improves traction in dry, wet, and winter weather conditions. The tread design closely follows the road surface, while the compound keeps the rubber flexible. Wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning, by dispersing water and slush from the footprint.
