The Radar RLT-9 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.
The tire promotes great all weather traction. The special durable tire compound and the symmetric ribbed tread design improves the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping capability. The all weather compound enhances the tire’s traction by offering a better rubber flexibility in various weather conditions. The ribbed tread design with the detailed elements upgrades the tire’s grip on the road surface throughout the year, including on ice- and snow-covered road surfaces. The tread’s circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire’s footprint. As a result, the tire guarantees a secure year round performance.
The special tread pattern manages to boost the tire’s year round controllability. The continuous center rib maintains the tire’s road contact at all times, which upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. This improves the steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s commands, while also stabilizing the structure against the driving pressure affecting the model.
