Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Landscaper's Mix for Tall Fescue Lawns is designed to be greener， denser， and more durable than Kentucky-31， resisting heat， drought， insects， and disease. In addition， each seed is coated to absorb 2X more water than uncoated seed. Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Landscaper's Mix for Tall Fescue Lawns is designed for full sun and moderate shade， and has a medium course bladed texture with high drought resistance.

Product Features:

• Can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn
• For best results， apply in the spring or fall when air temperatures are consistently between 60°F and 80°F
• We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label)
• Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall
